My item has a defect
We are committed to offering you high-quality handmade jewelry. Handmade pieces may have slight handmade marks, but we will do our best to minimize them. If this happens, please don’t return the product just because of this.
Please remember to attach photos of the defective item to your message so we can offer you the best possible solution.
Please note that our products are handmade, and the appearance and colour may slightly vary from one item to another, making each piece unique.
Damaged or wrong products
Please examine the received items within 48 hours of accepting the package. Should you have any inquiries, kindly reach out to our after-sales team at Cro Blossom.
After the initial 48-hour period, we will consider the product to be in perfect condition without any issues.
We appreciate your prompt inspection. Thank you for your understanding.
What are the deadlines for returning an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your product, regardless of the delivery method chosen.
Who covers the return costs?
Return costs are your responsibility, unless it is an error on your order. In this case, please contact our customer service in order to receive your return label.
Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed with the exchange, refund, or credit to your account according to your instructions completed in the online return form.
What are the return processing times?
Returns are processed upon receipt of the package containing the returned items within 15 days. Refunds will be made according to the original payment method of the order.
Credits will be valid for 6 months. For an order paid by gift card or credit, the refund will be made in the form of a credit.
